Cheese Fondue

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white wine (I used Pinot Grigio)
  • 1/2 cup fat free chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup reduced fat Mexican cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon all purpose flour
  • Pinch of garlic powder

Instructions

  • Add the white wine, chicken broth and lemon juice to a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer.
  • While that is heating up add the Mexican cheese and flour to a small bowl and mix together.
  • Once the wine mixture is simmering add the cheese and garlic powder. Stir together and serve immediately.
