These lightened up Pizza Crescent Rolls have all of the flavor as the regular ones, without all of the points!
What I like about these Pizza Crescent rolls is they are great to serve at a party. Nobody will know they are lightened up!
There are a few things I did to lighten up this recipe. First, I used reduced fat crescent rolls.
Regular crescent rolls are 4 points each, while the reduced fat crescent rolls are 3 points each.

Have you tried turkey pepperoni? I was a little skeptical at first, but I love it! It has the same great taste as regular pepperoni, but way less points.
I used 24 slices of turkey pepperoni which was 2 points. If I would have used regular pepperoni it would have been 9 points. (The brand I used and calculated the points for is Hormel.)
Now let’s talk about the cheese. When I used to make the Pizza Crescent Rolls I would use one half of a piece of regular string cheese.
For this recipe I used light string cheese and I cut it into thirds. There was still plenty of cheese inside!
To make them I unrolled the crescent dough, then added 3 pepperoni to the wide end of the triangle, added the cheese, then rolled it up.

Instead of brushing the tops with butter I sprayed them with Pam Superior Olive Oil Spray for zero points, then added some Italian seasoning.
I like to serve these with either pizza sauce or ranch dip. Both are very low in points.
When I make ranch dip I use fat free sour cream and Hidden Valley ranch dip. Fat free sour cream is much more runny than regular sour cream, which is perfect for recipes like this.
These only take 11-13 minutes to bake, then it’s chow time!
