Pizza Crescent Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. can Pillsbury reduced-fat crescent rolls
  • 24 turkey pepperoni
  • 3 reduced fat mozzarella string cheese sticks, each cut into 3 pieces.
  • Italian seasoning, to taste

Optional:

  • Pizza sauce or ranch for dipping. (Calculate any additional points.)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Unroll the crescent rolls and tear along the perforated lines making 8 triangles.
  • Place 3 turkey pepperoni slices onto the wide end of the triangle, then add a piece of cheese and roll up. Do this with all 8 crescent pieces.
  • Spray a baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray, then add the crescent rolls. Spray each roll with 0 point olive oil spray then sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Bake 11-13 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
