It’s the week #52 meal plan!

The meal plan is merely a suggestion as far as what day you want to eat which meal. With Saturday being “date night” I always try to eat light on Friday. That way I can save up some points.

This Friday I did a meatless recipe for anyone celebrating Lent.

Sunday is usually our family meal. I try to plan something a little heavier that everyone will like.

Most of these recipes are great for leftovers the next day. I always try to set some aside for lunch. It’s a great way to save money!

Here are the recipes for the week:

Potato & Sausage Foil Packets
Jerk Chicken Street Tacos
Pulled Pork
Spaghetti Pie
Meatball Stuffed Shells

Monday:

Potato & Sausage Foil Packets – 3 points for purple, 4 points for green and blue

Tuesday:

Jerk Chicken Street Tacos – 2 points for blue and purple, 4 points for green

Wednesday:

Pulled Pork – 2 points for blue, green and purple. The shopping list only includes ingredients for the pork. If you want to make a sandwich with the pork you will need to add buns.

Thursday:

Chicken Alfredo Tortellini Casserole – 5 points for blue and purple, 6 points for green

Friday:

Spaghetti Pie – 6 points for blue, green and purple

Saturday:

DATE NIGHT!!

Sunday:

Meatball Stuffed Shells – 5 points for blue, green and purple
