The meal plan is merely a suggestion as far as what day you want to eat which meal. With Saturday being “date night” I always try to eat light on Friday. That way I can save up some points.
Sunday is usually our family meal. I try to plan something a little heavier that everyone will like.
Swedish Meatballs is the recipe for this Sunday. It was one of my personal favorites. I always make sure I have enough for leftovers because eating it once is never enough for me.
Another meal I picked for the meal plan is the Cuban Flatbread. This is another meal I love and it’s great for leftovers.
These are the meals for the week:
Creamy Pasta with Spinach – 7 Freestyle points
Cuban Flatbread – 5 Freestyle points
Potato & Sausage Foil Packets – 5 Freestyle points
Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta – 8 Freestyle points
Zero Point Burrito Bowl – 0 Freestyle points
