The meal plan is merely a suggestion as far as what day you want to eat which meal. With Saturday being “date night” I always try to eat light on Friday. That way I can save up some points.
Sunday is usually our family meal. I try to plan something a little heavier that everyone will like.
I used rotisserie chickens for a couple of the recipes this week. They are a great way to save time. If you aren’t using the chicken right away you can store in the fridge for a couple of days.
If you don’t want to use rotisserie chickens you can add a couple of pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts to the shopping list.
These are the meals for the week:
Goulash – 4 Freestyle points
Blackened Fish Tacos – 4 Freestyle points
Wedge Salad with Homemade Ranch Dressing – 4 Freestyle points
Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin – 3 Freestyle points
Chicken Parmesan Cakes – 2 Freestyle points
Chicken Spinach Bake – 6 Freestyle points
