Ham, Egg, and Cheese Crescent Rolls
If you’re looking to switch up your breakfast routine, these crescent rolls are perfect.
A flaky crescent roll filled with melted cheese, eggs, and ham makes for a delicious and filling breakfast.

How I Lightened It Up
Instead of using regular crescent rolls I used the reduced fat crescent rolls. The regular crescent roll is 4 points while the reduced fat one is 3 points.
I used 4 ounces of Boar’s Head cooked ham which was 3 points.
For the cheese I went with Sargento ultra thin mild cheddar cheese slices. I used 4 slices that I cut in half so there were 8 pieces. It was 8 points for the cheese.
The eggs were 0 points.
With all of the ingredients added up it comes to 5 points per crescent roll.

How to Make Ham, Egg, and Cheese Crescent Rolls
Add 5 eggs to a medium mixing bowl and scramble. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the eggs to use as an egg wash.
Cook the eggs in a nonstick pan over medium heat then set aside.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll the dough and place the triangles on the baking sheet.
Cut the ham into 8 pieces and place one piece on each triangle towards the wide end.
Do the same thing with the cheese, cut each slice in half and add one piece to each crescent roll.
Add a spoonful of scrambled eggs to the top of each triangle.
Carefully roll up the crescent roll starting with the wide end.
Add a splash of water to the reserved eggs and brush on each crescent roll.
Bake for 14-17 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden.
