Ham, Egg, and Cheese Crescent Rolls

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tube Pillsbury reduced fat crescent rolls
  • 4 oz. Boar's Head cooked ham (cut into 8 pieces)
  • 4 slices Sargento ultra thin cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Beat the eggs in a small bowl, reserving 2 tablespoons to brush on the crescent rolls. Scramble and cook the rest of the eggs.
  • Unroll the dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Add a slice of ham to the wide part of each triangle, then place one piece of cheese on the ham. Add a spoonful of scrambled eggs. Carefully roll up the crescent dough starting at the wide end.
  • Add a splash of water to the reserved egg and brush it onto the crescent rolls.
  • Bake for 14-17 minutes or until golden brown.
