5eggs
1tubePillsbury reduced fat crescent rolls
4oz.Boar's Head cooked ham (cut into 8 pieces)
4slicesSargento ultra thin cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat the eggs in a small bowl, reserving 2 tablespoons to brush on the crescent rolls. Scramble and cook the rest of the eggs.
Unroll the dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Add a slice of ham to the wide part of each triangle, then place one piece of cheese on the ham. Add a spoonful of scrambled eggs. Carefully roll up the crescent dough starting at the wide end.
Add a splash of water to the reserved egg and brush it onto the crescent rolls.
