Shrimp Cocktail Shooters are easy to make and perfect for your next party!
With the holidays around the corner it’s always good to have a tasty appetizer recipe.
I love that these shooters only take a few minutes to make but they look so cute.

Plus they can be made ahead of time and kept in the fridge until your guests arrive.
I made my own cocktail sauce but if you’re in a rush you could just buy a jar from the grocery store.
Making your own cocktail sauce only takes about 5 minutes, but I think it tastes better if it sits in the fridge for an hour.
How to make Shrimp Cocktail Shooters:
I bought cooked fresh shrimp that was peeled and deveined with the tail on.
You can also use frozen shrimp, just be sure to let it thaw before serving.
I added ketchup, fresh lemon juice, prepared horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce to a medium bowl to make the cocktail sauce.
It’s best if it can sit in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
These are the dessert cups I bought from Amazon:

They are the perfect size to add a tablespoon of cocktail sauce and two shrimp.
These are the toothpicks I used:

To make the Shrimp Cocktail Shooters I added a tablespoon of cocktail sauce to the bottom of the dessert cup.

Next, take a toothpick and add one shrimp to it. Push it all the way up so you can add a second shrimp.

Add the second shrimp to the toothpick.

Then place the shrimp in the dessert cup.

To give it a little pop of color I added some parsley behind the shrimp.

This recipe makes six shrimp cocktail shooters. It can easily be doubled or even tripled to feed a large crowd.
I love Shrimp Cocktail Shooters for any party!
