These Cheesecake Bites are perfect for a quick and easy dessert!
When I say quick I mean QUICK! They only take about 5 minutes to make.
That includes the time to bake the phyllo shells.

I love using the mini phyllo shells because they’re low in points. They’re small, but perfect for a low point dessert.
Another recipe I used the shells in is my Mini Cannoli.
A regular cannoli could cost you 13 points according to the WW app. My Mini Cannoli are only 1 point each for blue, green and purple.
To make these cheesecake bites low in points I combined sugar free cheesecake pudding mix with fat free Greek yogurt. I also added vanilla extract.
The phyllo shells only take 3-5 minutes in the oven so while those were baking I mixed together the yogurt and pudding.
Once they were out of the oven I filled the phyllo shells with the cheesecake mixture.
I topped the Cheesecake Bites with blueberries, raspberries and mini chocolate chips. The mini chocolate chips will add extra points but the fruit won’t.
Strawberries would be a delicious topping too!

- 1 box mini phyllo shells
- 1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Raspberries, blueberries or strawberries for topping

Bake the mini phyllo shells according to the directions on the box.

While the shells are baking mix together the yogurt, cheesecake jello mix and vanilla extract.

Fill the phyllo shells with the cheesecake mixture then top with fresh fruit.
