Mint Chocolate Chip Dip is perfect for a snack, dessert or appetizer!
You can have 1/4 cup for only 1 point with blue and purple, 2 points for green.
I love mint chocolate chip ice cream and that’s exactly what this dip reminds me of.

Here’s what you need to make Mint Chocolate Chip Dip:
- Fat free, plain Greek yogurt
- Sugar free, fat free vanilla instant pudding powder
- Mint extract
- Mini chocolate chips
The base of this dip is Greek yogurt, but you can barely taste it. If you don’t usually like Greek yogurt you need to give this a try. I think you’ll change your mind!
I mixed the Greek yogurt with sugar free, fat free vanilla instant pudding powder. One tablespoon is all you need.
Instant pudding helps to make the Greek yogurt thicker and more of a dip like consistency.
To give this dip the mint flavor I used mint extract, you want to use between 1/8-1/4 teaspoon. Mint extract is pretty strong so I recommend adding 1/8 teaspoon, stir it and taste it then add the rest if you want more mint flavor.
For the chocolate part of this dip I used mini chocolate chips. Two teaspoons was only 2 points and since they’re mini a little goes a long way.
What should you serve with Mint Chocolate Chip Dip? I like to have strawberries with it since they are 0 points.
This is such a good dip to serve when you have company, even if they’re not following Weight Watchers. When I have company I’ll also serve the dip with Oreo cookies or Nilla Wafers. Graham crackers are great too.
You can also break up ice cream cones to go with the dip.
If you have any dip leftover just store it in a container with a lid in the fridge. It’ll stay good for a couple of days.
