No Bake Strawberry Pie is the perfect dessert for summer!
It’s cool, refreshing and delicious. Not to mention it’s easy to make!
The most difficult part is waiting for it to freeze for 2 hours.

Here’s what you need to make No Bake Strawberry Pie:
- Strawberries
- Store bought graham cracker pie crust
- Fat free Cool Whip
- Reduced fat cream cheese
- Granulated Splenda
There’s nothing like fresh strawberries in the summer. They’re so good! If you don’t have fresh strawberries you could also use frozen strawberries for this pie.
To make the pie I used a food processor to break down the strawberries, then I set them aside.
I added the softened cream cheese to a large mixing bowl then poured the pureed strawberries in and added the sweetener. I used a hand mixer to blend them together.
(If you don’t want to use Splenda you can replace it with the same amount of sugar.)
Next I folded the Cool Whip into the strawberry/cream cheese mixture. Then I poured it into my store bought graham cracker crust.
I put the pie in the freezer for 2 hours before serving. If you don’t eat all of the pie you can save it by putting it back in the freezer.
No Bake Strawberry Pie is perfect for all of you summer gatherings!
You can also top the pie with cut up strawberries and/or some fat free whipped cream. Both are delicious.
