This Weight Watchers Chili is made with ground beef and only 4 points per serving for blue, green and purple!
I like chili with ground beef or ground turkey, but I know some people don’t care for ground turkey.
You could easily swap out the ground beef in this recipe for ground turkey if you want to make it less points.

I made this chili based on ingredients I had in my house. That’s why it’s only 2 servings, I only had a 1/2 pound of ground beef.
This recipe can easily be doubled if you are feeding the family.
You could also add beans to it. I don’t really care for beans in my chili so I left them out.
Of course chili tastes delicious if you add some toppings to it. I like to add a little bit of cheese, green onions and sour cream if I have it. Just make sure to add additional points if you use cheese or sour cream.
I let the chili simmer for 20 minutes. You could always let it cook longer if you want.
