It’s the week #56 meal plan!
Another week of dinner recipes plus a printable shopping list.
This week I left Sunday as the open day since a lot of people will be celebrating Easter.
I know it will be a little different not having big family celebrations, but hopefully you still enjoy a good Easter meal.
Of course the meal plan is merely a suggestion. Feel free to switch up which day you eat which meal.
The chicken enchilada recipe is one of my favorites. They are also great for leftovers and the recipe is easy to double.

Here are the meal recipes for the week:
Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas – 6 points for blue and purple, 10 points for green
Chicken Enchiladas – 3 points each for blue and purple, 4 points for green
Chicken Taco Soup – 1 point for blue and purple, 6 points for green
One Pan Chicken Fajitas – 0 points for blue and purple, 3 points for green
Tuna Noodle Casserole – 3 points for blue and purple, 4 points for green
Skillet Lasagna – 8 points for blue, green and purple
