Weight Watchers Chili

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. 95% lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (omit if you don't want it spicy)
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can of tomato sauce
  • Splash of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • In a medium pot brown the ground beef with the onions and garlic.
  • Drain the liquid and add the salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika and cayenne pepper. Stir until until it is mixed with the ground beef.
  • Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce and splash of Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes, then serve.
