It’s the week #30 meal plan!
If you’re looking for more meal plans you can go here to see the other 29 weeks.
The meal plan is merely a suggestion as far as what day you want to eat which meal. With Saturday being “date night” I always try to eat light on Friday. That way I can save up some points.
Sunday is usually our family meal. I try to plan something a little heavier that everyone will like.
Most of these recipes are great for leftovers the next day. I always try to set some aside for lunch. It’s a great way to save money!
If I don’t think a recipe will make enough to feed me, my family and still have leftovers I will sometimes double the recipe.
These are the recipes for the week:

Monday:
One Pot Goulash – 4 Freestyle points
Tuesday:
Bubble Up Pizza Casserole – 7 Freestyle points
Wednesday:

Thursday:

What do you typically eat for breakfast and lunch?
Hi Jane, sorry for the delayed response. A lot of times I have a breakfast sandwich in the morning. I use a low point English muffin, egg whites and a half slice of American cheese. I also like to meal prep for breakfast, I have the recipe on my website. For lunch I try to eat leftovers from dinner the night before. If I don’t have any I will make a sandwich with 1 point bread. I hope that’s helpful!
Yes, thank you.
