WW (Weight Watchers) Weekly Meal Plan #22

It’s the week #22 meal plan!

The meal plan is merely a suggestion as far as what day you want to eat which meal. With Saturday being “date night” I always try to eat light on Friday. That way I can save up some points.

Sunday is usually our family meal. I try to plan something a little heavier that everyone will like.

The Mongolian Beef recipe is 4 Freestyle points for the beef only. It does not include the rice. You can keep it at 4 points by serving it with riced cauliflower, or add the additional points for regular rice.

These are the meals for the week:

French Fry Mashup
Chicken & Strawberry Balsamic Salad
Mongolian Beef
Tortellini Soup
Pork Egg Rolls
Chicken Casserole

Monday:

French Fry Mashup – 7 Freestyle points

Tuesday:

Chicken & Strawberry Balsamic Salad – 5 Freestyle points

Wednesday:

Mongolian Beef – 5 Freestyle points

Thursday:

Tortellini Soup – 4 Freestyle points

Friday:

Pork Egg Rolls – 3 Freestyle points

Saturday:

DATE NIGHT!!

Sunday:

Chicken Casserole – 4 Freestyle points
