WW (Weight Watchers) Weekly Meal Plan #17

For this weeks meal plan I tried to include some lighter meals. I don’t know about you, but once the weather heats up I don’t always like to eat big meals.

It’s definitely getting hot here in Michigan! It started to look like the warm weather was never going to come, then all of a sudden it’s in the 90’s.

I’m not going to complain though. The heat is much better than shoveling snow.

Here are the meals for the week:

Wedge Salad with Homemade Ranch Dressing
Chicken Parmesan Casserole
BBQ Chicken Tostada
Tuscan Chicken Pasta
Turkey Hummus Roll Ups
Beef Stroganoff

I like to use a rotisserie chicken for the BBQ Chicken Tostadas. If you do that, subtract 1 lb. of the chicken breasts from the shopping list.

Monday:

Wedge Salad with Homemade Ranch Dressing – 4 Freestyle points

Tuesday:

Chicken Parmesan Casserole – 3 Freestyle points

Wednesday:

BBQ Chicken Tostadas – 4 Freestyle points

Thursday:

Tuscan Chicken Pasta – 6 Freestyle points

Friday:

Turkey Hummus Roll Ups – 3 Freestyle points

Saturday:

DATE NIGHT!!

Sunday:

Instant Pot Beef Stroganoff – 5 Freestyle points
