WW (Weight Watchers) Weekly Meal Plan #13

I always try to get the weekly meal plan done by Saturday, but it doesn’t always happen.

I feel like Sunday is the most common day to go grocery shopping. Most of the time I won’t even go to the grocery store after 1:00 because it’s so busy.

One of my favorite days to go to the grocery store is Thursday because it’s never busy. I get front row parking and there are no lines inside. It’s the little things that make me happy.

Below are the dinners for the meal plan. Saturday is left open for date night but feel free to customize it to how you want it. Most of the recipes have leftovers that are great for lunch the next day.

Chicken & Broccoli Meal Prep
Blackened Fish Tacos
Monterey Chicken Casserole
Mongolian Beef
Ultimate Chicken Salad
Bacon Wrapped Pork

Monday:

Chicken & Broccoli Meal Prep – 1 to 3 Freestyle points per serving

Tuesday:

Blackened Fish Tacos – 4 Freestyle points

Wednesday:

Monterey Chicken Casserole – 8 Freestyle points

Thursday:

Mongolian Beef – 5 Freestyle points

Friday:

Ultimate Chicken Salad – 1 Freestyle point

Saturday:

DATE NIGHT!

Sunday:

Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin – 3 Freestyle points
