It’s time for another weekly meal plan. WOO HOO!
After a crazy couple of weeks, I’m finally getting back into the swing of things. My kids were on spring break so I was busy with them.
Doing the weekly meal plans is a lot of work. After not doing it for a couple of weeks I had multiple people asking me if I was going to keep doing them.
It made my day knowing that what I’m doing is helpful to others! It’s always nice to get positive feedback. 🙂
This weekly meal plan is for dinner only. To be totally honest I did that to cut back on the work. My passion is creating new and delicious recipes, this way I have time for both!
Most of these recipes are great for having leftovers. You can easily double the recipe to make sure you have enough for lunch the next day.
My personal favorite is the Roasted Tomato & Garlic Pasta. It’s so simple, but full of flavor. I have no problem eating it for dinner and then lunch the next day.
