Perfectly balanced and packed with flavor, these sliders are a healthier take on a classic favorite.

This recipe is perfect for leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken. It’s a great way to save time.
The Ingredients
Hawaiian Rolls: These are perfect for slider recipes because they are the perfect size and taste great.
Chicken Breast: I used boneless skinless chicken breast because it is 0 points.
Pizza Sauce: I chose pizza sauce because it’s low in points. You can also use a low point pasta sauce.
Cheese: I used part-skim mozzarella cheese. It’s lower in points but it still melts perfectly.
Parmesan Cheese: Grated Parmesan cheese is what I used for the top of the buns. I also added oregano.

Serving Suggestions for Game Day or Parties
For an unforgettable game day spread or party, serve the Chicken Parmesan Sliders warm and watch them become an instant favorite.
To enhance the experience, offer a variety of dipping sauces such as marinara, ranch, or garlic aioli, allowing guests to personalize each bite.
Create a vibrant and appetizing display by pairing the sliders with colorful vegetable platters, featuring crunchy carrot sticks, cucumber slices, and bell pepper strips.
A fresh fruit platter can also add a refreshing contrast to the savory sliders.
Additionally, providing an assortment of side dishes, like tangy coleslaw or creamy potato salad, will complement the flavors of the sliders and give your guests more options.
Tips and Tricks for Making Ahead and Storing Leftovers
For ultimate convenience, you can assemble the Chicken Parmesan Sliders ahead of time. Once assembled, cover them tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate until you’re ready to bake.
This is particularly helpful if you’re prepping for a busy event or gathering, allowing you to focus on other tasks.
When it’s time to bake, simply remove the sliders from the fridge and let them sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before placing them in the oven. This helps ensure even baking.
For storing leftovers, place the sliders in an airtight container and refrigerate. They will stay fresh for up to three days.
When you’re ready to reheat, avoid using the microwave as it can make the bread soggy. Instead, preheat your oven to 300°F and place the sliders on a baking sheet.
Cover them with aluminum foil to prevent the rolls from drying out, and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
