Chicken Parm Sliders

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, shredded
  • 3/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray an 8x10 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and remove the top. Keep the individual Hawaiian rolls together.
  • Spread the pizza sauce on the bottom of the Hawaiian rolls. Next, spread out the shredded chicken breast.
  • Top the chicken with the shredded cheese then place the top of the Hawaiian rolls back on.
  • Spray the top of the Hawaiian rolls with cooking spray and sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese and oregano.
  • Cover the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 7-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
