Air fryer potatoes are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.
They’re ready in half the time of oven-roasted potatoes and perfect for an easy side dish.
I don’t know about you but I try to use my oven as little as necessary in the summer.
The secret to these potatoes is the delicious seasoning I used.
Lately, I’ve been obsessed with this seasoning. You can buy it from Amazon or most grocery stores.
Besides using it on potatoes I’ve also been using it on chicken.
The Ingredients
Potatoes: I used mini red potatoes but you could also use Yukon gold. There’s no need to peel the potatoes.
Seasoning: I used Kinder’s seasoning. If you don’t have that you can use garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper or your favorite seasoning.
Cooking spray: Any cooking spray will work.

How to Make Air Fryer Potatoes
Rinse and clean off the potatoes. Pat them dry then cut each one into four pieces. For the larger potatoes I cut them into six pieces.
Add the potatoes to a mixing bowl and spray with oil. Add 1 tablespoon of the Kinder’s seasoning and mix well.
Pour the potatoes into the air fryer basket. Cook the potatoes at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. You want to shake the air fryer basket a couple of times while the potatoes are cooking.
Serving Suggestions
These potatoes are the perfect side dish with any protein. Chicken, steak, fish, and shrimp are all perfect.
You can also serve the potatoes with a hamburger, instead of french fries.
If you have leftover potatoes you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge. They can be reheated in the air fryer or the microwave.
