The Magic of Greek Yogurt:
What makes Greek yogurt the powerhouse in this fruit dip? It’s all in the straining process, which removes most of the whey, leaving a yogurt that’s thicker, creamier, and boasts twice the protein of regular yogurt.
Its distinct tangy flavor goes great with the sweetness of the caramel and fruits.
And it’s fat-free! This gives it a gold star for heart health, making it not only a delicious but also a nutritious choice for your snack.
How to Make High Protein Fruit Dip:
Creating this fruit dip is incredibly easy. All you need is fat-free Greek yogurt (I used a 5.3 ounce serving cup), Smucker’s sugar free caramel sundae syrup, and vanilla extract.
Blend the caramel syrup and vanilla extract until it is well integrated into the yogurt.
That’s it! Now you have a high protein snack that is ready to be eaten.
If you’re saving the dip for later simply store it in the fridge in an airtight container.
