These pinwheels are packed with healthy ingredients, including fresh vegetables and reduced-fat feta cheese.
They’re the perfect way to enjoy a delicious meal without breaking your WW points.

I used whipped feta instead of regular cream cheese, which is found in a lot of pinwheel recipes. It’s delicious and lower in points.
Whipped feta is a combination of feta cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
It’s a delicious alternative to regular cream cheese.
How I kept the pinwheels light:
I used Mission Carb Balance soft tortillas. They’re only 2 points each.
For the whipped feta I used reduced-fat feta cheese and fat-free sour cream.
Making sure to fill up the pinwheels with fresh vegetables (0 points) kept the points low and helped to keep me full.
Greek Pinwheels are only 1 point each.

How to make Greek Pinwheels:
I started by making the whipped feta.
Add the reduced-fat feta cheese, fat-free sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and black pepper to a food processor. Run the food processor until the mixture is smooth.
Next, I chopped up the veggies. I removed the seeds from the tomato and cucumber so it didn’t make the tortilla soggy.
To a medium mixing bowl add the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, lettuce, and olives.
Lay out a tortilla and add 1/4 of the whipped feta.

Spread out 1/4 of the veggie mixture, making sure to leave a 1/2 inch border around the tortilla.

Roll up the tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before cutting the pinwheels.

When I cut the pinwheels I chopped the ends off, then cut the rest of the tortilla into 6 pieces.

Other Variations:
Try experimenting with different types of Greek dips or spreads like tzatziki or hummus to give your pinwheels a new flavor twist.
You can also substitute the lettuce for spinach to add more greens to your meal.
If you’re watching your sodium you can omit the chopped olives.
For those that prefer a little heat, sprinkle in some crushed red pepper flakes or top with sliced jalapenos.
The possibilities for variations are endless! Don’t be afraid to get creative and find the combination that best suits your taste buds.
Just be sure to adjust the point values accordingly if necessary.
