This Strawberry Cheesecake Dip tastes delicious with fruit, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or even on its own!
It’s a no bake recipe so it’s ready in minutes.

You can have 1/2 cup of the dip for only 1 point!
How I kept it light:
The base of the dip is fat-free plain Greek yogurt since it’s 0 points.
I mixed the yogurt with a sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix. Not only did it make the yogurt taste like cheesecake, but it also stiffened it up making it more like cheesecake.
For the strawberry portion I used Smucker’s sugar-free strawberry preserves. Two tablespoons is only 1 point.
The entire dip is only 2 points! I split it into two (half cup) portions for 1 point each.

How to make Strawberry Cheesecake Dip:
Add the yogurt, cheesecake pudding mix, and vanilla extract to a small mixing bowl.
Stir together until it is blended.
Add the strawberry preserves to a separate small bowl. I added a teaspoon of water to the preserves to thin them out some, which makes them easier to spread.
Spoon the yogurt mixture into a serving bowl.
Pour the strawberry preserves over the yogurt and swirl together.
You can try this recipe with any flavor preserve you like. I’ve also made it with raspberries and it was delicious!
