This Garlic Parmesan Spaghetti is an easy Instant Pot meal!
If you’re looking for a dump and go recipe, this is it.
Since it’s made in the Instant Pot there’s only one pan to clean. Easy to make and easy to clean up!

Not only is this recipe WW friendly but it’s also kid friendly. It’s great for a side dish or you can make a meal out of it.
Plus you only need four ingredients to make it.
- Spaghetti noodles
- Garlic
- Better Than Bouillon
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
If you don’t have Better Than Bouillon you can use regular chicken broth. I think the Better Than Bouillon gives it extra flavor.
How to make Garlic Parmesan Spaghetti:
Pour 2 cups of room temperature water in the Instant Pot. Then add 2 teaspoons of Better Than Bouillon.
If you’re using regular chicken broth you add 2 cups of broth to the Instant Pot.
Add the minced garlic to the chicken broth.
You need 8 ounces of uncooked spaghetti noodles. I used a food scale to weight the noodles.
Break the spaghetti noodles in half before adding them to the Instant Pot. Once they’re in the pot make sure they’re in the broth as much as possible.
Secure the lid in the locked position. Make sure the lever is set to seal. Select pressure cook and set the time to 6 minutes.
Once the time is up do a quick release of pressure, then stir in the shredded Parmesan cheese.
Between the Parmesan cheese and Better Than Bouillon I did not need to add any additional salt.
I topped the pasta with some fresh parsley and cracked black pepper.
