This Individual Apple Crisp is perfect when you want a quick dessert!
It can be made in the air fryer or oven.
I like to make mine in the air fryer since it takes less time, but it tastes great either way.

To help keep this recipe low in points I used I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray instead of regular butter.
I used a granny smith apple for this recipe. Feel free to use your favorite type of apple.
Making individual desserts is perfect for keeping on track. There’s only one serving so you can’t eat too much.
How to make an Individual Apple Crisp:
The first thing I did was peeled and chopped the apple. I cut the apple into small pieces so they would cook through.
Spray a 10 oz. ramekin with nonstick cooking spray and add the apples.
In a small bowl I mixed together the flour, uncooked rolled oats, brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour the mixture onto the apples.
Spray the oat mixture 5 times with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter.
To make it in the air fryer cook at 350 for 10 minutes.
If you’re baking it in the oven you will do it at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
With my WW Personal Points it’s only 4 points for me.

I like to top my Apple Crisp with some fat free Reddi Wip. I can have 3 tablespoons for 0 points.
