Grab your mason jars! You’re going to want to try these overnight oats!
Not only is this a delicious breakfast but it’s filling too.
Plus it’s made the night before so it’s perfect for busy mornings.

There is no need to cook overnight oats. The oats absorb the liquid overnight which softens the oats.
I used whole grain rolled oats for this recipe. It’s my oatmeal of choice when it comes to overnight oats.
To help keep this recipe low in points I used unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup is 0 points.
How to make Apple Pie Overnight Oats:
In a mason jar or bowl add the rolled oats, cinnamon, apple pie spice and brown sugar, mix together.
Now add the unsweetened almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and apples. Stir together and cover with a lid or plastic wrap.
Place it in the fridge until the following morning. Breakfast will be ready right when you wake up!
I like to top mine with some fat free Reddi Whip. You can have 3 tablespoons for 0 points.
