Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole grain rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 1/2 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar free maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons diced apples

Instructions

  • Add the rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and apple pie spice to a mason jar or bowl. Mix together.
  • Add the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and apples, stir together.
  • Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and place in the fridge overnight.
