This Mixed Berry Sorbet is the perfect low point dessert or snack!
My daughter has been obsessed with making smoothies lately. She loves them!
Because of that I’ve been buying a lot of frozen fruit. Since I have so much of it I figured I would make a quick sorbet.

While it is super easy to make sorbet it takes time to freeze. You also want to make sure you don’t let it freeze all the way. It will be rock hard!
I usually make the sorbet in the morning or early afternoon. That way it’s ready for dessert.
You can use any frozen fruit you want for this sorbet, you need two cups of it.
How you want to figure the points of this is up to you. I know that when you blend fruit you are supposed to count points. But since it’s not really a liquid that I’m drinking I chose not to add points.
I’ll let you figure out what’s best for you!
Besides frozen fruit I used Splenda, fresh lemon juice and water.
It’s really as simple as putting all of the ingredients into a blender and letting it puree. Then pour it into a baking dish and let it freeze for a few hours.
