It’s the week #53 meal plan!

Hopefully your grocery store is stocking back up! I know the ones by me still have some pretty empty shelves.

The meal plan is merely a suggestion as far as what day you want to eat which meal. This Friday I did a meatless recipe for anyone celebrating Lent.

Sunday is usually our family meal. I try to plan something a little heavier that everyone will like.

Most of these recipes are great for leftovers the next day. I always try to set some aside for lunch. It’s a great way to save money!

Here are the meal recipes for the week:

Ritz Chicken Casserole
Burrito Bowl
Mini Meatloaf
Chicken Chili
Creamy Pasta with Spinach
Chicken Stuffed Peppers

Monday:

Ritz Chicken Casserole – 3 points for blue and purple, 5 points for green

Tuesday:

Burrito Bowl – 0 points for blue and purple, 5 points for green

Wednesday:

Mini Meatloaf – 2 points each for blue, green and purple

Thursday:

Chicken Chili – 1 point for blue and purple, 6 points for green

Friday:

Creamy Pasta with Spinach – 7 points for blue, green and purple

Saturday:

DATE NIGHT!!

Sunday:

Chicken Stuffed Peppers – 4 points each for blue and purple, 5 points each for green
