It’s the week #31 meal plan!

The meal plan is merely a suggestion as far as what day you want to eat which meal. With Saturday being “date night” I always try to eat light on Friday. That way I can save up some points.

This Friday the recipe is for Teriyaki Chicken. It’s only 2 points per serving! I usually pair it with some steamed broccoli if I’m trying to keep it low in points.

Sunday is usually our family meal. I try to plan something a little heavier that everyone will like.

Most of these recipes are great for leftovers the next day. I always try to set some aside for lunch. It’s a great way to save money!

These are the recipes for the week:

Roasted Tomatoes & Garlic Pasta
Ultimate Chicken Salad
Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta
Chicken Parmesan Cakes
Teriyaki Chicken
Tuscan Chicken Pasta

Monday:

Roasted Tomatoes & Garlic Pasta – 5 Freestyle points

Tuesday:

Ultimate Chicken Salad – 1 Freestyle point

Wednesday:

Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta – 5-8 Freestyle points (depending on serving size)

Thursday:

Chicken Parmesan Cakes – 2 Freestyle points

Friday:

Teriyaki Chicken – 2 Freestyle points

Saturday:

DATE NIGHT!!

Sunday:

Tuscan Chicken Pasta – 6 Freestyle points
