The meal plan is merely a suggestion as far as what day you want to eat which meal. With Saturday being “date night” I always try to eat light on Friday. That way I can save up some points.
Sunday is usually our family meal. I try to plan something a little heavier that everyone will like.
I also use it for hard boiled eggs. It is the only way I can make hard boiled eggs that peal perfectly every time. EVERY TIME!!!
I know that not everyone has an Instant Pot, so there are other ways you can make the recipes.
For the taco pasta, You can cook the turkey in a pan, then add the taco seasoning, beef broth and tomato sauce. Let that cook for 20 minutes.
While that is cooking, boil water and cook the shells. Once you drain the shells, add them to the turkey. That’s it!
Remove the chicken, then turn the slow cooker on high and add the cornstarch mixture.

Taco Pasta – 4 Freestyle points
Crab Cakes – 3 Freestyle points
Roasted Tomatoes & Garlic Pasta – 5 Freestyle points
Teriyaki Chicken – 2 Freestyle points
Tater Tot Casserole – 4 Freestyle points
