It’s the week #25 meal plan!

If you’re looking for more meal plans you can go here to see the other 24 weeks.

The meal plan is merely a suggestion as far as what day you want to eat which meal. With Saturday being “date night” I always try to eat light on Friday. That way I can save up some points.

Sunday is usually our family meal. I try to plan something a little heavier that everyone will like.

This week two of the recipes are made in the Instant Pot. I love making dinner with my Instant Pot. It is my most used kitchen gadget.

I also use it for hard boiled eggs. It is the only way I can make hard boiled eggs that peal perfectly every time. EVERY TIME!!!

I know that not everyone has an Instant Pot, so there are other ways you can make the recipes.

For the taco pasta, You can cook the turkey in a pan, then add the taco seasoning, beef broth and tomato sauce. Let that cook for 20 minutes.

While that is cooking, boil water and cook the shells. Once you drain the shells, add them to the turkey. That’s it!

The other recipe is the teriyaki chicken. This can also be made in the slow cooker. Add the ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on low 4 hours.

Remove the chicken, then turn the slow cooker on high and add the cornstarch mixture.

These are the meals for the week:

Pulled Pork
Taco Pasta
Crab Cakes
Roasted Tomatoes & Garlic Pasta
Teriyaki Chicken
Tater Tot Casserole
