It’s the week #23 meal plan!

The meal plan is merely a suggestion as far as what day you want to eat which meal. With Saturday being “date night” I always try to eat light on Friday. That way I can save up some points.

Sunday is usually our family meal. I try to plan something a little heavier that everyone will like.

These are the meals for the week:

Tuna Melt
Jerk Chicken Street Tacos
Greek Salad
Gnocchi with Chicken & Spinach
Chicken Peanut Ramen Skillet
Bubble Up Pizza Casserole

Monday:

Tuna Melt – 6 Freestyle points

Tuesday:

Jerk Chicken Street Tacos – 2 Freestyle points each

Wednesday:

Greek Salad – 5 Freestyle points

Thursday:

Gnocchi with Chicken and Spinach – 6 Freestyle points

Friday:

Chicken Peanut Ramen Skillet – 3 Freestyle points

Saturday:

DATE NIGHT!!

Sunday:

Bubble Up Pizza Casserole – 7 Freestyle points
