I can’t believe this is the ninth meal plan I’ve done! I’ve gotten so much positive feedback from people. It makes me happy to know I’m helping other people.
I have a nice little mix of chicken and beef dishes. I cook with chicken a lot, but even I have to switch things up sometimes.
Although this meal plan is only for dinners most of them are great as leftovers for lunch the next day. I probably wouldn’t eat the patty melt as leftovers so I put that down as dinner for Friday. Most people don’t work on the weekend, so it’s easier to make yourself something for lunch.
Saturday I usually go out to dinner, but you can change the meals around to whatever works best for you.
