One of my favorite snacks is the original banana bites that I make. They are made with banana, chocolate syrup, graham cracker, and fat free whipped cream. It takes about 5 minutes to throw together.
These new banana bites are just as easy and delicious. They are also kid approved.
I made these with banana, strawberries, PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter and chocolate chips. One thing that I love to use for cutting strawberries is my Strawberry Slicer
.
At first I didn’t think I would use it, but it really comes in handy. Especially with my kids…we go through a ton of strawberries! I get a container of strawberries cut up in half the time.
Here are a few of the things I used for this recipe:

New Banana Bites
Yield: 2 Servings (2 points per serving for blue, green and purple)
Ingredients:
-
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2-3 strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3/4 tablespoon chocolate chips
Directions:
- In a small bowl mix together the PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter and water. Stir until combined. You want this easy to drizzle/spread on the banana so you may need to use a little more water.
- Assemble the banana bites. Lay out the banana slices, then top with the PB2 mixture, a slice of strawberry and a chocolate chip on each.
