The Ingredients

Rotisserie Chicken: Removing the skin from rotisserie chicken provides a lean source of protein that helps keep you full longer. Protein supports muscle maintenance and can help reduce hunger between meals.

You can also use leftover chicken or cooked chicken breast.

Lettuce: Lettuce adds crunch and volume while keeping calories and carbs low. It helps make the wraps feel hearty without adding extra points.

Tomatoes: Fresh tomatoes provide vitamins A and C, antioxidants, and natural sweetness that balances the savory taco seasoning.

Onion: Onion adds flavor and texture with very few calories. It’s also rich in antioxidants and gives the wraps a fresh, zesty bite.

Reduced-Fat Mexican Cheese: A small amount of reduced-fat cheese delivers creamy texture and satisfying flavor while keeping saturated fat and points lower than full-fat varieties.

Fat-Free Greek Yogurt: Greek yogurt creates a creamy taco sauce without the added fat found in sour cream. It also adds additional protein to help make the wraps more filling.

Salsa: Salsa adds bold flavor for minimal calories and points. It’s an easy way to boost taste without relying on heavy dressings or sauces.

Mission Carb Balance Tortillas: Low-carb tortillas help reduce the overall carbohydrate content while providing fiber and structure. They allow you to enjoy a satisfying wrap while staying on track with your goals.

How to Make Chicken Taco Salad Wraps

In a skillet over medium heat, combine the shredded chicken, taco seasoning, and water. Cook for 2–3 minutes until warmed through.

In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and salsa to create a creamy taco sauce.

Lay the tortillas flat and spread each with about 1 tablespoon of the taco sauce.

Divide the lettuce among the tortillas, then top with seasoned chicken, tomatoes, onion, and cheese.

Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into wraps.

Why This Works for Low Carb & Weight Watchers

The rotisserie chicken and Greek yogurt provide plenty of protein, which helps promote fullness and may reduce cravings throughout the day.

By skipping the black beans and using a low-carb tortilla, these wraps contain fewer carbohydrates than many traditional taco-inspired meals.

Lettuce, tomatoes, and onions add plenty of bulk and crunch without significantly increasing calories or points, making the meal feel larger and more satisfying.

These wraps can easily be customized. Add extra vegetables, swap cheeses, or increase the protein while keeping the recipe simple and delicious.
