The Easy Lemon Chicken Crunch Salad I Make on Repeat (Low Carb & WW Friendly)

When the weather heats up, the last thing you want is a heavy meal, and this crisp, refreshing chicken salad is exactly what summer calls for. It’s light, flavorful, and comes together in minutes.

What really makes this salad stand out is the crunch. Instead of traditional croutons, parmesan crisps add a savory, cheesy bite that keeps things low carb without sacrificing texture.

This salad is simple, satisfying, and perfect for lunch or a quick dinner.
