How to Make Creamy Tuscan Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatballs
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix all of the meatball ingredients until combined.


Roll into 16 evenly sized meatballs and place on the lined baking sheet.
Bake for 18–20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in the cream and parmesan cheese. Bring to a light simmer while stirring.
Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
Add the meatballs to the skillet and coat in the sauce.
Serve warm and enjoy!
