Berries and Cream with a Healthy Twist
If you’re looking for a healthy breakfast or snack, you need to try this!
Mixing the Greek yogurt with pudding mix completely transforms the taste of it. If you’re not a fan of Greek yogurt, this will change your mind.

Benefits of the Key Ingredients:
Greek yogurt is the key ingredient that makes this snack protein-dense. This not only keeps you feeling full for longer periods, but also aids in muscle recovery and growth.
Greek yogurt also hosts a multitude of beneficial probiotics, supporting a healthy gut microbiome.
I used fat-free Greek yogurt which is 0 points with Weight Watchers.
You can use fresh or frozen berries for this recipe. I went with frozen since that’s what I had.
Rapberries, blueberries, and blackberries were what I used. Strawberries would be delicious too.
These berries are a great source of antioxidants, contributing to overall health. They are also rich in fiber and vitamin C, promoting a robust immune system and digestive health.
I used a vanilla sugar-free pudding mix for this recipe. There is also a sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix that would be delicious.

How to Make Berries and Cream:
Start out by adding the Greek yogurt to a bowl. I bought a small container of fat-free Greek yogurt which was 5.3 ounces.
Add 2 teaspoons of the sugar-free vanilla pudding mix, 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of water to the yogurt.
Mix it until the pudding mix is dissolved. I added the water to thin out the yogurt and make it seem creamier.
Add the berries to the bowl and enjoy!
Storing Your Berries and Cream:
Whether you’re eating this as a snack or breakfast, it can easily be made ahead of time.
I make the dessert then store it in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge. If I’m using fresh berries I keep them separate so they don’t get mushy.
The yogurt mixture remains fresh for a couple of days in the fridge.
