This Mixed Berry Dump Cake only takes 3 simple ingredients to make!
With about 5 minutes of prep time, this recipe can’t get any easier.
The cake is delicious on its own or you can top it with fat-free Cool Whip, fat-free whipped cream or low point ice cream.

Nobody will ever know that this cake is WW friendly!
How I lightened up this recipe:
Instead of using regular cake mix I used Pillsbury zero sugar classic yellow cake mix. They changed the name and the box design:

When I scanned the barcode it still came up as the moist supreme sugar free yellow cake mix.
Instead of using oil and eggs, I used Sprite Zero. You can also use Diet 7UP.
The carbon dioxide bubbles in the pop act as a leavening agent. It’s what makes baked goods rise and also makes them light and fluffy.
I also used 24 oz. of frozen vegetables, which was 0 points.
The Sprite Zero is also 0 points, so just the cake mix adds points to this recipe.

How to make this Mixed Berry Dump Cake:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Pour 24 ounces of mixed berries into the dish.
Top the berries with the dry cake mix. Make sure to spread the cake mix evenly over the fruit.
Pour the Sprite Zero over the cake mix. I used a fork to make sure all of the cake mix was wet and that there were no dry clumps of cake mix.
You don’t want to stir the fruit and cake mix together.
Bake the cake for 45-50 minutes. Let the cake cook for 10 minutes before serving.
This is a delicious dessert that’s easy to make!
