The meal plan is merely a suggestion as far as what day you want to eat which meal. I left Saturday open since it’s New Year’s Eve and a lot of people go to parties that day.
Most of these recipes are great for leftovers the next day. I always try to set some aside for lunch. It’s a great way to save money!
