This Breakfast Crunchwrap has everything you could want to start your day!
We’re talking crispy hash browns, fluffy scrambled eggs, melted cheese all in a grilled tortilla.
I checked the WW app to see how many points are in a Taco Bell breakfast crunchwrap. I was shocked to see it was 21 points!

I knew I could lighten it up – a lot!
With my WW Personal Points this breakfast crunchwrap is only 7 points for me. I was able to save 14 points!

How I lightened up the Breakfast Crunchwrap:
Instead of using a regular flour tortilla I used Ole Xtreme high fiber tortillas. They’re much healthier but still taste great.
Another way I saved points was by using reduced fat Mexican shredded cheese. You can use any type of reduced fat shredded cheese that you like, just be sure to check the points.
Taco Bell uses bacon or sausage in their crunchwraps. I kept it light by using diced ham.
Two tablespoons of Kroger diced ham was 0 points.
I decided to leave out the creamy jalapeno sauce, instead I used a 0 point salsa.
How to make a Breakfast Crunchwrap:
The first thing I did was cooked the frozen hash brown patty. You can cook it however you like, I cooked mine in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl I whisked the eggs and added the ham.
Heat a nonstick skillet and spritz with olive oil spray. Add the eggs and ham and cook until done.
Once everything is ready it’s time to assemble the wrap.
Lay out the tortilla and add the cheese. Top the cheese with the hash brown patty.

Add the scrambled eggs and ham to the hash brown patty.

Cut 1/4 of another tortilla and put that on top.

Next, fold up the bottom tortilla one section at a time until it’s folded up.
Place in a heated pan that’s been sprayed with olive oil, seam side down. Cook for 2 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden and crunchy.
Feel free to customize this with all of your favorite ingredients!
