These Steak Fajita Bowls are packed full of flavor!
They’re easy to make and your whole family will love them.

Steak Fajita Bowls can easily be customized for all of your dietary needs.
If you’re following a low carb/keto diet, you can use cauliflower rice and leave out the corn.
I used lean sirloin steak for this recipe. You could also use flank steak or skirt steak.
How to make Steak Fajita Bowls:
To start, I added the bell peppers and onion to a large non-stick skillet. I sprayed it with olive oil spray and let it cook for about 7 minutes.

Remove the peppers and onion and set aside.
Add the steak strips to the skillet on medium heat. Then stir in the garlic, chili powder, cumin, lime juice and salt.

Let the steak cook for 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
In a small bowl, I mixed together the sour cream and salsa. This is going to be the dressing.
Next, I started assembling the bowls. I used cauliflower rice but you could also use brown rice or white rice.
Add your preferred rice to the bowl, then the steak, avocado, corn, peppers and onions.

Top it all off with the sour cream dressing.

If you like steak fajitas you need to try this! It will quickly become one of your favorites.
