This is another easy overnight oats recipe, perfect for breakfast on the go!

I love overnight oats because you get them ready the night before and you don’t have to do anything in the morning.

This Strawberry Overnight Oats recipe is a great way to start your day!

I added some fat free Reddi Wip to the top of the oats and it reminded me of strawberries and cream.

How to make Strawberry Overnight Oats:

First I added 1/2 cup of whole grain rolled oats to a bowl.

I cleaned my fresh strawberries, cut the tops off and cut them in half. I measured out a heaping 1/2 cup of strawberries.

Add the strawberries to a mini food processor and press “grind” until the strawberries are broken down.

Measure 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk and add that to the oats. Also add in the strawberry mixture, vanilla extract and sugar.

Mix everything together and add to a mason jar or an airtight container. Cover the oat mixture and place in the fridge overnight.

That’s all you have to do to make overnight oats, it’s that easy!

You can add any of your favorite toppings to the overnight oats. Whipped cream, chopped strawberries and chocolate chips are all great ideas.

Overnight oats can be eaten right out of the fridge or you can pop it in the microwave to warm it up.

You can double or triple the recipe if you want to have breakfast for multiple days.

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup whole grain rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Add the rolled oats to a bowl.

  2. Cut the tops off the strawberries, cut in half and add to a mini food processor. Press "grind" on the food processor until the strawberries have liquified.

  3. Add the milk, sugar, vanilla extract and strawberry mixture to the rolled oats. Mix together and cover. Place in the fridge overnight.
