Here’s another delicious pizza recipe!
Most people like buffalo chicken wings so I figured why not make a pizza out of it?
With my WW Personal Points it’s only 4 points per slice. Click here to view your WW Personal Points and track it on your app.

I used a Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough for this recipe. You could also use the two ingredient dough for this recipe.
If I’m in a hurry I like to grab a premade pizza dough. I was surprised to find out the Pillsbury thin crust is only 2 points per piece for the dough.
The two ingredient dough is also great for a lot of recipes, but sometimes I don’t feel like rolling out the dough.
How to make Buffalo Chicken Pizza:
Using leftover chicken breast or a rotisserie chicken is a great time saver for this recipe. If your chicken breast isn’t cooked you’ll want to do that first.
With the Pillsbury thin crust dough you have to partially bake it before adding the toppings.
Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray and unroll the dough.

Put the dough in the oven for 8 minutes.
Shred the chicken and add it to a small bowl. Pour in 1/4 cup of buffalo wing sauce and mix together. Set that aside for now.
I measured out 1/3 cup of light ranch dressing. This is what I used instead of pizza sauce.
When the dough was done with the first part of baking I removed it and added the ranch dressing.

Next I topped the pizza with the chicken and mozzarella cheese.

Then it was back to the oven for 6-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Top the pizza with green onion or chives.
There are 12 servings in this pizza and they’re good sized slices!
