Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

These Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders are the perfect snack for football season!

They’re WW friendly but they will be a hit with everyone.

I used Hawaiian rolls, which are a little bit sweet plus the savory ingredients of the chicken, bacon and cheese.

For the Weight Watchers blue plan, green plan and purple plan these sliders are 5 points each.

Here’s what you need to make Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders:

I used 4 ounces of deli chicken breast. If you have leftover shredded chicken you could also use that.

Using center cut bacon helped to keep it low in points. Four slices is only 3 points compared to regular bacon which is 7 points.

Cook bacon over medium heat until it’s crispy. Once it’s done cooking I cut the bacon into small pieces.

If you don’t want to cook the crispy bacon you could also use bacon bits.

Instead of using regular ranch dressing I used light ranch dressing.

Sargento ultra thin cheddar cheese slices are also lower in points than regular slices of cheese. The slices are thin but they still give it a great cheesy flavor and the slices melt perfectly.

To make the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders I started by cutting the Hawaiian rolls in half, then set the tops of the rolls to the side.

Working with the bottom half of the rolls I started by topping them with the deli chicken breast.

On top the chicken I added the cheese slices, followed by the bacon and then the ranch.

Put the top half of the buns back on. Brush the melted butter over the sweet Hawaiian rolls then sprinkle on the seasonings.

Put the sliders on a baking sheet and put them in the oven for 10 minutes, or until they’re golden brown with melted cheese.

This is such a fun appetizer and it will be a big hit with everyone!

It’s even great for lunch or dinner.
