Making crab legs in the Instant Pot is so easy you’re going to love it!

My daughter loves crab legs and asks if we can get them almost every time we go to the store.

A few days ago it was her lucky day because they had snow crab on sale.

In the past I would steam the crab legs, but since I was making enough for three of us it would take multiple batches.

So I figured why not make them in the Instant Pot!?

Well I’m so glad I did because they were easy to make, I could cook them all at once and they were delicious!

I put the trivet into my Instant Pot then added one cup of water. Then I took one clove of garlic and peeled it, chopped it in half, smashed it with my knife then then put it in the water.

Adding the garlic gave the crab such a delicious flavor!

The cook time for the crab legs was 4 minutes. I did a quick release of pressure and dinner was ready.

The best part is that crab is 0 points for blue and purple. With green you can have 3 crab legs for 0 points! But if you have 4 crab legs with green it would be 1 point.

Since the crab is so low in points I decided to serve rice with it. It was so good!
