This Ham and Cheese Stromboli is super easy to make and tastes delicious!
I used pre-made pizza crust which made it so easy.
Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough is what I used. You could also use the two ingredient dough to make it even lower in points.

This Italian Stromboli I made using two ingredient dough. It’s delicious and one of my most popular recipes.
One thing I did to lighten up this Ham and Cheese Stromboli was I used Sargento ultra thin mild cheddar cheese.
I used four pieces of the cheese which was 6 points. Even though it’s ultra thin cheese it still melts and oozes out.

Sargento also makes ultra thin swiss cheese. I’ve made it with the swiss cheese and that was delicious too!
For the ham I used Boar’s Head ham. I used 6 ounces which was 4 points.
To make the Ham and Cheese Stromboli I started by unrolling the pizza dough.
Next I added the ham, then the cheese.

Then I rolled up the dough. I brushed on some egg wash and seasoned the top of the dough with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder.

It only takes about 10 minutes to prepare, then it bakes for 18 minutes. This stromboli is ready in 30 minutes!
You can serve this with mustard, honey mustard or whatever your favorite condiment is! Just make sure to add any additional points. 🙂
